LFore LLC

These terms cover your use of lfore.com and of apps made by LFore LLC ("LFore", "we", "us"), including ScoreBanter. By using the site or an app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Using our apps
- Apps you get from the Apple App Store or TestFlight are also covered by Apple's terms, including Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless an app comes with its own license.
- We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control.
- Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the apps, and don't use them to break the law.
Your content
Players, scores and anything else you enter stay yours, and they are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you enter and share from the apps.
Commentary and fun features
ScoreBanter's commentary is for entertainment. Lines can be wrong or rough, depending on the Personality level you choose. Use the thumbs down button or email us if a line goes too far.
Our content
The LFore name, logo, app names, website and app designs belong to LFore LLC. Please don't use them without our permission.
No warranty
The site and apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise they'll be error-free or always available, and we aren't responsible for lost data. Keep your own backups of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LFore LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app involved, if any.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site or apps after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
